• Nominating someone doesn't obligate them to do anything.

• The nominee will receive up to two emails letting them know that a senior leader in the nonprofit sector nominated them for this curated community professional development program and a link to learn more about the program if they're interested. That's it - one email, and a follow up email later in case they missed it.
