community agreements - rising impact leaders community

  1. Remember that what's shared here, stays here. Any information shared in this community—including whether someone is job searching—is confidential and should not be discussed outside of the Rising Impact Leaders Community.

  2. Treat everyone with respect and kindness. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any interactions or actions that suggest a person doesn't belong or is not welcome in the Rising Impact Leaders Community because of the identities that they hold. This includes identities related to gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, immigration status, citizenship status, and nationality.

  3. Be a gracious learner. We are all learners, regardless of our experience levels. If you're at a different stage than someone else, that's okay. Regardless of the stage where you start, we are all committed to treating each other with patience and understanding as we all learn and grow together.

  4. Share constructive feedback. This project is new, and we want to continue improving it so that you get the most out of the experience. Please use the designated feedback channel to share your ideas and constructive thoughts about how to make the community better or easier to use.

  5. Put more into the experience to get more out of it. The more you participate, the more you'll benefit from being part of the Rising Impact Leaders Community. Take the prompts, deep-dive topics, and other resources seriously to maximize your growth as a rising leader and have the best possible experience in the community.

  6. Engage helpfully and constructively. The Rising Impact Leaders Community is a place to connect and engage with other members. We encourage you to share your ideas and reactions in a way that is constructive and respectful - both with peers in the community and with community management.

  7. Be patient with community management. Please remember that managing this community is a passion project for the founder, who balances this with a day job and other life responsibilities. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.
